AI Visibility
AI can't recommend what it can't find
AI recommends products it can verify.
If your descriptions, specs, and structured data are thin, you’re skipped.
Glara audits every SKU, shows what’s invisible and why, and runs the fixes automatically once you approve them.
Brand Breakdown
This popup gets clicked because it won't hold still
We're doing a 100 days of stealing strategies from brands that are already winning.
For day 19, we have Comfrt.
Most popups are static, waiting to be closed.
Comfrt's "Mystery Offer" tab shakes every few seconds.

Small movement, just enough to pull your eye back if you'd already scrolled past it. That's step one, it gets clicked because it won't stop asking to be noticed.
Click it, and you don't get an email field right away. You get three boxes and a question: which one hides your offer?

You pick one because now you're invested.

And once you've made a small choice like that, giving your email to find out what you won doesn't feel like handing over information to a stranger. It feels like finishing something you already started.
That's two mechanics stacked on top of each other.
So here's what you should do today: take your email capture popup and add motion to whatever gets it noticed, then insert one small, low-effort choice (a pick, a guess, a card flip) before you ask for the email, so by the time you ask, they've already said yes once.
Pricing
How to survive inflation without raising prices
Birdy Grey has sold $99 bridesmaid dresses since 2017. Same price, through years of inflation that made everything else more expensive.
The easy move would've been to raise the price. Instead, Grace Lee treated $99 as fixed and went looking for margin everywhere else.
She optimized shipping carriers.
She worked with her team to re-engineer the dress itself, finding ways to cut cost without cutting quality.
She diversified her vendor base so no single supplier could squeeze her on price.
If your margins are getting squeezed right now, raising price is the fastest lever and also the first one that erodes trust with customers who chose you because of that price.
Before you touch it, ask what's actually eating your margin, shipping, packaging, a single vendor with too much leverage, and whether any of those are fixable without customers ever noticing.
Action Summary:
List every cost input behind your product
Flag which ones you've never renegotiated or re-sourced since you launched
Get a second quote from at least one alternate vendor or carrier this month
Only raise price after you've exhausted the other levers
