The simplest way to turn product confusion into sales
Lowe's customers kept getting their mulch orders wrong. Too many bags, not enough bags, projects left half-finished.
So Lowe's built a three-question flow inside their Mylow chatbot. Yard size. Depth. Color. The assistant does the math, picks the product, adds it to the cart.
Find your mulch problem
Go to your Shopify analytics. Sort products by sessions. Then look at conversion rate. You're looking for the product with high traffic and a conversion rate that lags everything around it. That's your mulch problem. That's where customers are stalling because they can't answer a question on their own.
Write that question down. It's almost always one of three:
How much do I need?
What size is right for me?
Will this actually work for my situation?
What the fix looks like
Customer lands on the page. Sees a button that says "Find your size." Answers two questions. Gets a specific recommendation.
How to build it
Find a tool such as Octane AI on Shopify to build the product quiz.
Open Octane AI and create a new quiz. Your questions should map directly to the one thing the customer needs to know. Eg: For a supplement brand: "What's your body weight?" and "How many days per week do you train?"
Map each answer combination to a specific product or variant. Octane AI lets you set this logic without code.
Embed the quiz on the product page.
Action Summary:
Pull your Shopify analytics and find the product with the highest traffic and lowest conversion rate relative to your store average
Write down the single question a customer needs answered to buy it confidently
Build a two to three question quiz in Octane AI that ends with a specific product recommendation
Embed it on the product page above the fold

AI Visibility
How to write posts AI actually cites
AI systems read your posts in a specific order.
According to research from Planable's SEO lead, here's what gets indexed first:
Main text body and titles
Transcripts (for video and audio)
Alt text and hashtags
Comments
This matters because traffic from AI platforms grew more than seven times from 2024 to 2025.
Your caption does the heavy lifting
AI models parse the main text body first.
44% of all citations pull from the first 30% of a text, so write your main point in the first two lines.
If you post video, use YouTube
YouTube auto-generates transcripts, converting spoken words into text that AI can index. Ahrefs research on 75,000 brands found that mentions of a brand on YouTube — specifically in video titles, transcripts, and descriptions — represent the strongest correlating factor with AI Overview visibility among all signals studied.
Structure beats length
Articles over 2,900 words are 59% more likely to be cited by ChatGPT than those under 800 words, but word count alone isn't the driver.
Pages structured into 120 to 180 word sections earn 70% more citations than pages with very short sections under 50 words.
Action Summary:
Rewrite your next post's caption to lead with the main point in the first two lines, not a hook
For video, upload to YouTube and confirm auto-captions are enabled
Break posts into short paragraphs of 3 to 5 sentences with a clear topic per section
Replace vague hooks with specific ones — "How we cut CAC by 30%" not "Something exciting is coming"

Marketing funnel
How a $27 product brought in $188K in six months
Alex Cattoni runs a copywriting education brand.
In the last six months, one funnel — built around a $27 email marketing mini-course — brought in nearly 7,000 new leads, 500 new customers, and $188,195 in revenue.
Because the people who bought it went on to purchase her higher-ticket programs.
Why this works right now
Consumer trust is at an all-time low according to the Edelman Trust Barometer. On top of that, 32.8% of global shoppers say they are financially worse off than last year. People are still spending, but they are no longer buying high-ticket offers from brands they just met. They need to trust you first.
How to build it: The funnel has three parts.
First, a free lead magnet that attracts the right people.
Alex uses four: a subject line split test report, an email marketing calendar, a list building guide, and an email storytelling workshop.
Your lead magnet should attract the person who is a likely buyer of your backend offer, not just anyone looking for free stuff.
Second, the low-ticket offer itself.
It should focus on one specific pain point — small enough to solve quickly but valuable enough that people will pay for it. A checklist, mini-course, or template priced between $7 and $47 is the standard range.
Third, the backend.
Figure out what you are going to sell on the backend first, because that is where the real money is made.
Your low-ticket offer should be designed to attract the exact person who would eventually buy your core product or service.
Action Summary:
Identify your highest-margin backend offer first, then work backwards to design your low-ticket entry point
Build one free lead magnet that attracts buyers of that backend offer specifically, not a general audience
Price your low-ticket offer between $7 and $47 and make sure it solves one specific problem completely
Present the low-ticket offer immediately after the lead magnet opt-in, before sending any email sequence
