Let’s dive into it👇

Your team’s new support player

Stax Payments, a Hubspot customer, now books 80% more meetings with the exact same team they had before.

No new hires. No new territories. Just HubSpot's Prospecting Agent finding the right accounts, surfacing the right contacts, and drafting outreach that actually gets responses.

Your best rep is great because they know who to go after and when. Prospecting Agent gives every rep that same starting point.

Brand Breakdown

What color is your happy place?

We're doing a 100 days of stealing strategies from brands that are already winning.

For day 16, we have Method.

Cleaning products are about as low-interest as ecommerce gets. Nobody lingers on a soap page.

Method built a reason to.

Instead of a category filter, they give you a color wheel. "What color is your happy place?"

You drag a dot around a gradient until it lands somewhere, "your happy place is: light green," and it shows you the products in that color.

A filter gets used once and closed. A toy gets played with.

So here's what you should do today: pick the most boring page on your site, the one people click through without thinking, and turn one decision on it into something interactive instead of a dropdown.

Pod Bites

The offer strategy that added £200K a week

In this DTC Daily Podcast, Luke, founder of a home fragrance brand nearing $50 million in annual revenue, broke down the system behind its growth from roughly £10,000 a year online.

The biggest lesson: better ads won't fix a weak offer or a poor understanding of why customers buy.

Here's what founders should actually focus on.

Talk to customers first: Calls, post-purchase surveys, and reviews reveal the outcomes customers actually want.

Build one irresistible offer: Luke's new offer added roughly £200,000 in weekly sales by combining the core product with high-perceived-value extras and a guarantee.

Test your offer name with ads: Run identical static ads with different headlines and use CTR or Meta's spend allocation to find the strongest name.

Fix the offer before the ads: Think of growth as traffic, landing page, and offer. Luke says the offer is often the real constraint.

Keep the funnel focused: Start with one offer, one landing page, and one core customer outcome before adding more complexity.

Turn Your Shopify 404 Page Into a Storefront With AI

A few weeks ago, we shared Fresh Clean Tees’ 404 page.

Type a broken URL and you do not get a generic “page not found” message.

You get:

Oh Shirt!

Then:

“We found super soft threads you might’ve actually been looking for.”

Their bestsellers appear directly below it.

This is such a genius idea because every store has broken links.

Products get removed. URLs change. Old ads, emails, and Google results keep sending shoppers to pages that no longer exist.

Those visitors already intended to look at something.

Instead of giving them a dead end, Fresh Clean Tees turns that lost traffic into another chance to shop.

And it is super simple to execute.

Shopify sends every invalid URL to one 404 template.

You only need to redesign that page once. Every future broken link uses it automatically.
