This brand describes the feeling before the product
We're doing a 100 days of stealing strategies from brands that are already winning.
For day 4, we have Fresh Clean Tees
Look at how they talk about a plain t-shirt.
"Feels like a gentle hug for your skin."

or "Like wearing a cloud."

This one highlights "Hug the arms, hide the belly."

You feel it from the description alone, before the shirt even arrives.
Here's what you should do today: take your most boring feature and describe the feeling it creates instead of the spec behind it.
Not just "breathable fabric," but what breathable feels like at 3pm on a hot day.

Are your ads only talking to 5% of people
Preston Rutherford co-founded Chubbies and sold it for nine figures. But he'll tell you straight up: he almost ran the brand into the ground first.
Here's what happened. In the early days, Chubbies got hooked on Facebook ads. Put in a dollar, get ten back. So they went all in on performance ads: discounts, urgency, "buy now" messaging.
It worked great, until it stopped working.
Costs crept up. The same yearly sale needed a bigger discount each time just to get the same results. Revenue kept growing, but profit didn't.
Rutherford eventually figured out why. At any given moment, only about 5% of your audience is actually ready to buy.
The other 95% aren't shopping yet. But most brands spend almost their entire ad budget trying to convince that small 5%, and ignore everyone else.
The fix isn't to stop running performance ads. It's to also spend money reaching the 95% who aren't buying today.
Chubbies eventually shifted their spending to roughly 60% brand-building, 40% performance ads.
Before changing your budget, try the test Rutherford recommends. Take your top-spending ad. Cut its budget by 30-40% for one week. Watch what happens to your sales. Most founders have never tested this. They assume their top ad works because it's always worked. If sales barely change, you just found extra budget to spend on reaching the 95%.
Action Summary:
Find your single highest-spending ad
Cut its budget 30-40% for one week and watch what happens to sales
If sales hold steady, use that budget to make content for people who aren't ready to buy yet
Check your brand search numbers each month to see if more people are starting to look you up directly

Build a $2,500 Landing Page With AI In 3 Prompts
For the past few weeks, we’ve been showing you how fast-growing ecommerce brands use money pages to turn ad clicks into customers.
We built The Money Page Playbook around this strategy. It includes 350 live landing pages from winning ecommerce brands.
The problem is getting those pages built.
Strategy, copy, design, and Shopify development can cost $2,500 to $5,000 for one landing page.
So I built a three-prompt workflow that turns any page in the Vault into a functional Shopify draft for your brand.
Here is the result.

Three prompts.
20 Mins.
One landing page that could otherwise cost $2,500 or more to strategy, design, and build.
We call it The Three-Prompt Money Page Build.
The exact prompts and Shopify workflow are below.
Money Page Builder
Step 1: Start with a reference
Do not reinvent the wheel when you are short on time, money, or design resources.
Start with a money page that is already being used by a successful ecommerce brand.
The Money Page Playbook gives you 350 live references across seven page types and multiple industries.
Choose a page that matches:
Your product category
Your target customer
Your campaign angle
Your offer type
You are looking for the closest strategic match, not the page with the nicest design.
Once you find it, copy the page URL and capture a full-page screenshot.
