How Drywater’s buy box nudges customers to spend more
Andrei Breha, a CRO expert, noticed something clever about Drywater's product page.

Instead of leaving customers to figure out what to buy, they guide the decision at every step.
Here's what they're doing:
Flavor Visuals: Each flavor gets its own distinct image. Customers can scan and pick without reading labels.
Tiered Discounts: The savings escalate as pack size increases. 15-pack saves €3, 30-pack saves €10, 45-pack saves €18. The math does the selling.
Free Gift Hook: Every subscription pack includes a free glass bottle or shaker. Removes the "I'll think about it" excuse.
No-Risk Messaging: "No Questions Asked Return Policy" sits right above the add to cart button. Kills hesitation before it starts.
The result?
Customers naturally gravitate toward the higher-value option because the page makes it feel like the obvious choice.
Your takeaway: Don't make customers work to find the best deal.
Show escalating value at each tier and remove friction with visual cues and risk-reversal.

How Seth built a 7-figure brand before spending a dollar on ads
Most founders launch a product and then scramble for traffic. Seth flipped that order.
Years before Wellness ever launched, he had already built a large education platform for moms.
The audience came first. The product came later, only after people kept asking him to make and sell what he was teaching.
In this episode, Seth breaks down the real playbook behind that growth.
Before you spend on ads, ask where demand already exists.
👉Your email list, community, content, and existing customers are all demand signals.
Use a launch window intentionally.
👉Tease what is coming, move interested readers to a separate list, and provide education instead of pushing features.
Aim for anticipation, not persuasion.
👉The goal is not to convince people on launch day. It is to have them waiting for the product to go live.
Scale what compounds over time.
👉When you scale, double down on things you own. Email and subscriptions keep working over time, while influencer deals and agencies usually stop the moment you stop paying.
If you’re building, scaling, or stuck between traction and real profitability, this episode will change how you think about growth.
The AI Agent Shopify Brands Trust for Q4
Generic chatbots don’t work in ecommerce. They frustrate shoppers, waste traffic, and fail to drive real revenue.

Converts hesitant shoppers into buyers before they bounce

There’s a very specific kind of frustration that only Operators & Marketers feel.
Traffic is fine. Ads work. The product is solid.
But conversions are stuck.
So you do what everyone does next.
You tweak the copy. You move sections around. You argue about CTAs. You test button colors. Someone suggests urgency. Someone else wants more testimonials. Suddenly, ten different things feel important, and none of them clearly move the number.
That’s the real CRO problem.
Not lack of ideas, but lack of clarity.
Why CRO breaks down at this stage
When performance stalls, everything looks guilty. Without a clear diagnosis, optimization turns into guesswork, and weeks get wasted without fixing the real reason people do not convert.
So I tried a different approach. Instead of starting with tools and tests, I built an AI CRO specialist and ran the simplest possible experiment.

What came back was… uncomfortable (in a good way)
It diagnosed the page, and the core problem it surfaced was simple, but brutal:
“The page asks for commitment before it earns confidence.”
Users are pushed to “Start your skin quiz” (which feels personal, effortful, and medical) before they understand three critical things:
Why prescription tretinoin is meaningfully different from OTC retinol
Whether irritation is manageable
What the trial actually means in plain English
On mobile, where most of the traffic lives, that friction compounds fast.
Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
Then it got more specific
The CRO Expert ranked the blockers by impact.
High-impact issues:
a premature commitment ask in the hero
confusing trial mechanics that create more questions than answers
irritation anxiety not addressed early enough
Medium-impact issues:
poor timing of medical trust signals
too many concepts introduced at once
And instead of suggesting ten fixes, it told me to do one thing first:
Resequence the hero so objections are handled before asking users to commit.
Not redesign it, or test colors, or adding urgency.
Just fix the decision order.
It even estimated the upside: a 15–25% lift in quiz-start rate, which is usually enough to move a stuck 2% CVR closer to 2.5% if the rest of the funnel holds.
That’s when it clicked
Agencies usually charge hundreds and thousands of dollars for such a detailed audit as a CRO Agency.
But this employee does it for free. With barely 10 minutes of your time to build it.
Since I like to read everything visually, I asked AI to generate a visual report of the audit, and you can check it out here.
In the paid section, I’ll show you exactly how to build this inside Claude, step by step, so you can run the same kind of diagnosis on your own homepage, PDPs, landing pages, cart, or checkout, without rewriting context every time or drowning in CRO tools.
