Speak naturally. Send without fixing.

Wispr Flow turns your voice into clean, professional text you can send the moment you stop talking. Not rough transcription you have to clean up. Actual polished text - ready for email, Slack, or any app.

Reid Hoffman sends 89% of his messages with zero edits using Flow. Millions of people worldwide have made it part of how they work, including teams at OpenAI, Vercel, and Clay.

Speak the way you think. Go on tangents. Change your mind mid-sentence. Flow strips the filler, fixes the grammar, and gives you text that reads like you spent five minutes writing it.

Works on Mac, Windows, iPhone, and now Android - free and unlimited on Android during launch.

Sourcing Secrets

How to negotiate your minimum order quantity (MOQ)

What is an MOQ?

An MOQ is the minimum number of units a supplier will accept per order.

A supplier may list 1,000 units, but that number is often negotiable.

Why does this matter?

85% of new importers don't know that Chinese suppliers often inflate MOQs by 30–50%. If you don't push back, you'll order more than you need.

How do you negotiate?

Instead of "I'm not sure this will sell" or "I don't have the budget," say:

"We're testing your product quality with a smaller order of 400 units. If it meets our standards, we'll place bigger orders."

This frames your first order as a trial that could become a long-term partnership.

Bonus tip:

Don't negotiate MOQ and price at the same time.

Lock in the quantity first, then discuss price.

The most powerful AI feature nobody is using

There is a feature inside Claude and ChatGPT right now that most e-commerce founders have never touched.

It's connectors.

Connectors let AI talk directly to the tools you already use. Your Klaviyo. Your Gmail. Your Google Drive. Your Notion. Instead of copying data out of one tool, pasting it into AI or downloading and uploading documents.

What connectors actually are

Claude now connects directly to your tools. Not through exports. Not through screenshots. Through a live link to your actual accounts.

Klaviyo. Gmail. Google Drive. Notion. Slack. Intercom. Shopify (via Zapier). Meta Ads (via Windsor.ai). The free tier is enough to get started.

You authorize the connection once. Claude reads your data in real time from that point forward.

The difference is enormous.

Before connectors: "Here's a screenshot of my campaign performance. What should I do?"

After connectors: "Pull my last 30 days of email data. Which campaign drove the most revenue? What should I send next month?"

Claude checks your actual account. Pulls real numbers. Gives you an answer based on what it sees. Not what you remembered to paste in.

No exports. No spreadsheets. No copy-pasting. One conversation.

What you can connect right now

Claude has native connectors for:

☑ Gmail. Search and read emails inside Claude without opening your inbox.

☑ Google Drive. Chat with docs, sheets, and slides where they already live.

☑ Notion. SOPs, briefs, meeting notes. Claude pulls context from your workspace.

☑ Slack. Catch up on team conversations without tab switching.

☑ Intercom. Customer conversations and support data.

☑ Klaviyo. Campaigns, flows, segments, customer profiles, reports. 39 tools across your entire account.

These are just to name a few.

Each one connects the same way. Settings > Connectors > Browse > Connect > Approve. Five clicks. No API keys. No developer. No code.

For tools without native connectors yet, Zapier and Windsor.ai bridge the gap. Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads.

Same idea. Live data. Real answers.

Most ecommerce founders haven't set up a single connector. They're still pasting screenshots and uploading doccuments.

That's the gap you're about to close.

Below: the exact setup for Klaviyo (5 clicks), plus 3 copy-paste prompts that pull real campaign data, break down where your email revenue is actually coming from, and plan next month's sends based on what already worked.

Setting up Klaviyo in Claude

You need a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan. And a Klaviyo account with Owner, Admin, or Manager permissions.
