This one tweak increases this brand's AOV
We're doing a 100 days of stealing strategies from brands that are already winning.
For day 6, we have Fresh Clean Tees
The whole page is built around the 6-pack.

You can grab a pre-built pack like "Summer Essentials" or "Best Sellers."

Or build your own from scratch.

Either way, you're leaving with six shirts instead of one.
And the discount does the convincing for you.
$138 marked down to $105. Save 24%.

Do that across enough customers, and your average order value goes up, even if the number of orders stays exactly the same.
Here's what you should do today:
Look at your best single item, then build a 5 or 6 pack around it and discount the bundle by 20 to 25%.
Make buying more the easier decision, not the upsell.

How to build a multi-channel DTC brand in 2027
Hil built Wardrobe at the Cross for the customer the high street had given up on, women 45 and older going through body changes that mainstream brands ignore.
She made herself the customer and built a multi-channel business from day one, a physical store plus a website and WhatsApp, so no single channel carried the whole relationship..
Here's what drove the growth.
Personalized nurture: Let AI find who needs a human touch. Every new customer used to get logged manually in Shopify, checked, and maybe called.
Now Claude scans the day's orders, flags the high-value first-time buyers, pulls their contact details, and books the call directly into her team's calendar. The customer still gets a real phone call. AI just decides who gets one and when.
Ad creative: Real faces beat AI faces. Hil's Meta ads featuring real bodies, stretch marks and all, outperform every other creative she's run.
She also tested AI-generated versions of herself in different outfit colors to save shooting time, and her own customers spotted the fakes without being told.
Platform mistake: She built the site on WooCommerce on the advice that it would help local SEO, then lost months when it couldn't do what she needed.
Once the data showed it wasn't working, she switched to Shopify quickly instead of trying to fix a platform that was never going to work.
Action Summary:
Segment by value, not just by order: flag high-value first-time buyers for a personal follow-up call instead of treating every order the same.
Test real vs. AI-generated creative: run your own face against an AI version
Set a decision deadline on tools: give a new platform or vendor a fixed window to prove itself
If you're building a fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce brand, this episode is a practical look at balancing AI with human connection, creating experiences customers remember, and building loyalty in a market where trust matters more than clicks.

Your Money Page Is Live. Here’s How to Tell If It’s Working
In our last AI Launch Codes post, Build a $2,500 Landing Page With AI In 3 Prompts , we showed you how to create and design a functional money page with AI.
A money page is a landing page built to sell one product to one audience. (Learn more about money pages here)
Let’s say you built your first one.
What should you do next?
Before changing the design or building another version, find out what visitors are doing on this page.
Your conversion rate alone cannot tell you that. With low traffic, one order can make the page look much better or worse than it is.
The useful read is the complete path:

The AI did not label the page a winner or loser.
It found the first measurable leak, stated what the data could not prove, and identified the next action.
This distinction matters.
If the data is too thin, keep collecting it
If visitors stop before the offer, inspect the page
If they engage but do not add to cart, inspect the offer
If they reach checkout but do not purchase, inspect checkout
If tracking is incomplete, fix measurement before touching the page
No random redesign.
No fake certainty from a tiny sample.
Just the first problem worth fixing.
Below, we’ll show you how to run the same analysis on your money page.
The Money Page Read
The logic
Do not ask AI whether the page is “good.”
Ask it to find the first place visitors stop moving toward a purchase:
Page visit → CTA click → Add to cart → Checkout → Purchase
