How to spot the moment customers are about to stop buying
Most customers do not disappear overnight.
They slow down first. That slowdown is the moment you need to catch, because it is the best time to send win-back emails.
Research shows that 45% of subscribers who receive a win-back email will open future emails from your brand.
So what’s a win-back email?
It’s a short email sequence sent to customers who are about to stop buying.
The goal is to bring them back before they fully disengage.
When to send the win-back email?
The key signal to watch is purchase latency.
Purchase latency is simply the time between one purchase and the next.

Start by looking at your entire customer base and calculating the average time between repeat purchases.
This shows you what normal buying behavior looks like for engaged customers.
Once you know that normal gap, watch for customers who exceed it.
For example, if most repeat buyers reorder within 45 days, a customer who has not purchased in 60 or 70 days is no longer behaving normally.
If you plot this data, it often looks like this.

In this example, the time between purchases increases sharply after the third or fourth purchase.
That is the moment to act.
Sending a win-back email here works because the customer still recognizes your brand and is likely delaying a decision, not rejecting you.
If you wait longer, the customer becomes inactive and much harder to recover.
If you email too early, the message feels unnecessary.
Win-back emails work best when they are triggered by a clear change in buying behavior, not by an arbitrary calendar date.

21 high-converting email campaigns in 14 minutes
Producing a strong email campaign should not take hours.
Most teams design in Figma or similar tools, rebuild the same layouts, export assets, then recreate everything inside Klaviyo. By the time one campaign goes live, several other opportunities are already gone.
Magicals fixes this. It acts as a control center for e-commerce email, turning ideas into production-ready campaigns in minutes.

What it does
Captures your brand and applies it consistently
Generates designs using proven conversion best practices
Exports directly to Shopify and Klaviyo
One brand created 21 high-converting campaigns in 14 minutes using Magicals.
Early users are seeing up to 8x return on email revenue with zero increase in effort.
And by upgrading to AI Launch Codes, you can unlock $195 worth of Magicals for free!

Claude in Chrome: The browser extension that will 10x your productivity
You spent 4 hours last week researching competitors.
Visiting Amazon listings. Screenshotting ads. Copying pricing into spreadsheets. Reading reviews for patterns.
Manual. Tedious. Necessary.
Those 4 hours are now 15 minutes.
Claude just released Claude in Chrome. It's not another chatbot. It's a browser agent.
Here's what it can do:
☑ Browse live websites (navigate, click, scroll)
☑ Extract real-time data into structured formats
☑ Create Excel, Word, and PDF files
☑ Visit multiple sites in one task
☑ Fill out forms
☑ Screenshot pages for analysis
I tested it. Asked it to build an Amazon SEO strategy for "ice bath tub." Analyze the top listings, extract pricing, reviews, and bullet points. Cluster keywords by search intent. Tell me what to use in titles, bullets, and backend. Flag what NOT to use.

Manual time: 3-4 hours. Claude time: 12 minutes.
It returned:
→ Top 4 competitor breakdowns (pricing, reviews, common praise, complaints)
→ Keywords clustered by intent (primary, benefit-driven, size, features, use-case)
→ Title keyword recommendations (what to use, what to avoid)
→ Backend-only keywords
→ Image alt-text optimization suggestions
→ 3 ready-to-use title formats
All in a Google Sheet. Structured. Ready to implement.

How to Set It Up (2 Minutes)
Step 1: Go to the Chrome Web Store
Search "Claude" or go directly to the Anthropic listing.
Step 2: Click "Add to Chrome"
Install the extension. Pin it to your toolbar.
Step 3: Sign in to your Claude account
You need a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month). Worth it.
Step 4: Open Claude in Chrome
Click the extension icon. You'll see a chat interface that can control your browser.
Step 5: Give it a task
Start with something simple. "Go to Amazon and search for [product]."
Watch it work.
That's it. No API setup. No coding. No configuration.
The 9 Capabilities (With Examples)
To use Claude in Chrome effectively, you need to understand what it can actually do.
Once you understand these, you can create your own prompts for any task.
