Price your offer's components separately, then bundle them together

Customers don't buy when they can't justify the price.

Here's how Chase Dimond fixes that: put a price tag on every element of your offer.

Your main product: $79

Bonus #1 (expedited shipping): $15

Bonus #2 (extended warranty): $30

Total value: $$124 Your price: $99

When you show the math, you're not asking them to trust you - you're letting them see the value gap for themselves.

Example: A supplement brand bundles their $45 protein powder with a $20 recipe ebook, $15 shaker bottle, and $25 nutrition consultation call. Total value: $105. Their bundle price: $67.

The gap between $105 and $67 makes the decision easy.

The $300 Inspection That Saves $30,000 in Bad Inventory

DTC brands usually skip the pre-shipment inspections. And then if a container arrives with defects, you're stuck with:

  • ~$30K of unsellable inventory

  • Angry customers

  • Refunds and replacements

  • Brand damage

Third-party inspection services cost $200-500 per inspection.

They check your order before it ships.

What they catch:

  • Wrong colors or materials

  • Sizing inconsistencies

  • Packaging errors

  • Defective units

  • Or anything else you need them to inspect

The process: Inspector visits your supplier's facility, checks a sample (or multiple, according to your instructions) of your order against your specs, and sends you a report with photos.

If there's an issue, your supplier fixes it before shipping. Not after.

When to use:

  • First order with a new supplier

  • New product launches

  • Large orders (where one defect = big loss)

$300 inspection vs. $30K write-off.
